What is Sustainival’s School Field Trip Program?
A field trip to Sustainival will have students participating in one of our interactive educational activities called the Green Beast Eco Challenge. This is considered a half-day field trip (afternoon).
What is the Green Beast Eco Challenge?
The Green Beast Eco-Challenge is Sustainival’s most loved educational activity! The Green Beast Eco Challenge turns Sustainival into a giant live-action scavenger hunt! Students will be scouring the event for hidden clues and participating in educational activities to solve a puzzle and win! The Green Beast Eco Challenge will have students learning about Green Energy, Nature and Green Living.
This activity may require students to go on midway rides to locate certain clues to solve the puzzle. Students participating in the field trip will be given an all-access rides pass to Sustainival for the day of the field trip. This educational activity can be done in teams or as individuals. This activity takes 1.5-2 hours to complete. Any school or education organization is welcome to come on a field trip to Sustainival. Schools are responsible for transportation to and from Sustainival. The field trips were created to match up to the Alberta based curriculum with a guarantee of learning and fun!
